Five Guys Burgers Fries - Riverbank

Missed ingredient in my Little Bacon Cheeseburger . fries were good as always.

Wish they had given condiments liked asked but food was delicious and fresh.

I also appreciated that my order came in a white plastic bag with all the condiments and utensils I requested. Until today, I had never received a single straw or napkin, let alone ketchup. I really hope all my future orders come from today’s restaurant and not yesterday’s. What’s the reason for such a difference? Is it a different location? Cleaner cooking oil? Better employee training? A more attentive supervisor? I’m curious about what led to these two completely different experiences. This is my first time writing a review—let alone one this detailed—and I just want to say your food is delicious. Please keep it up! I'd hate to end up with sad little brown bags covered in raindrops again. Thank you for your attention!

The cheeseburger was not prepared correctly, and it had way too much mayonnaise. The fries were a bit greasy, but the portion size was generous for the price. I likely won’t be ordering from here again.

The burger had the ideal balance of hot sauce and lettuce. The meat was cooked to perfection.
