Mcdonald's - River Hill

I am a McDonalds drive-thru regular for unsweetened ice tea purchases. Tea flavor ranges from very good to unusual (old, perhaps, or bottom of the container). It varies from store to store and, frankly, day to day.At this branch, it has been constantly very good.

The restaurant was clean and staffing was excellent. A little bit tight and confusing exiting from parking lot. Best advice I’ve had is to turn right and turn left to continue on light.

Special ordered four double quarter pounders with cheese and a large fry well done. At the pickup window was asked to pull around and wait in one of the reserved carry out parking spots. Several other vehicles parked next to me, their food was delivered, and they left. I inquired about my order after about a 10 minute delay. After another wait my food was delivered with the explanation that they gave my order to someone else.Upon examination at home, it was revealed that not a single one of the burgers was as ordered nor were they warm. Additionally instead of being well done the fries were under cooked and cold at the center.
