Chipotle Mexican Grill - River Hill

The African/ African American lady on the line was extremely rude. I simply asked her what was the black thing in my corn and she nastily responded and said “a pimento pepper, it’s apart of the corn”. The attitude was extremely unnecessary. I was here on 4/2/24 around 2:30pm.

There’s a big communication issue at this chipotle. Staff and manager don’t understand basic English. Due to that they did not charge correctly for my food. I only got two sides and additional guacamole for the kids meal but they still charge for three sides. in addition to charging for the guacamole in bracket, also (guacamole prize are insane .

I had a bad experience yesterday I went with my son to eat and they charged me three times. The cashier got upset when she told her that they had overcharged us and so she only made one refund when in reality she had to make two since my account statement showed that they had charged me three times. so I will never go back

Always gets the order wrong. Can’t roll a burrito. Horrible service. Eat at any other chipotle place.

Our food was actually pretty good. There initially was a long line of people. They killed it by moving the line quick. We were in and out!
