They should do better job with quality of food . And customer service.
First off, the second I walked in I noticed all of the tables were dirty. Not a single place to sit was clean. Workers ignored me and seemed annoyed that I was interrupting their conversation. But Ok, i decided I was going to just going to order and take my food to go and eat at home. Since I was not dining in, I chose to leave no tip. Why would I tip if I’m waiting on myself. The woman behind the counter huffed at me as soon as I hit no tip. It wasn’t until I got home with my meal that I realized what happened. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Pesto Cavatapi, and of course there was only like 2 pieces of chicken in my order and it was sloppily thrown together with the worst looking grossest pieces of chicken!! So disappointing that Noodles forces customers to pay their workers wages. I shouldnt need to feel that if I don’t tip on an order IM WAITING ON, that the workers are going to retaliate and screw with my meal! Ridiculous, I’ll never visit here again. I went to a different location and my meal included 6-7 pieces of chicken, freshly grilled with great customer service. Avoid this location if possible!
Food was okay but customer service is not it! Since the moment I walked in I was greeted with an attitude. Employee Tiara seemed bothered to even take my order. Then brings the food to my table and pretty much throws it at me like she did my water cup. Wow! Disgusting attitude. I will never ever go back to this location.
The food is never hot. The people that work there are nice. It's fast food at the end of the day.
