I cannot fault the impeccable service and attention to detail from the staff here. The room is quite large but still has a reasonably intimate feel to it. An enjoyable wine list that pairs well with the menu items. Bistrot items are delicious as well and are presented nicely. The Live Cooking is a bit of a misnomer however, as the open part of the kitchen remained unused for the duration of our meal, confirmed by the waitress telling us all cooking is done behind closed doors. The high prices of some meals also do not match the quality of the meal. The white truffle experience being more of an exercise in spending money over a quality dish. The white truffle is charged as extra, as in you start with 0g on the meal itself. For example, the beef tartare comes in at approximately 40€ after a few shaves of truffle and doesn 't feature traditional accoutrements such as dijon mustard or any seasoning. Aside from the lacklustre main, the remainder of the experience was fine. Nothing to write home about but certainly nothing wrong with the rest either. Great service and atmosphere tonight. Food was delicious, loved the live cooking of tartar. Pesto pasta was exceptional. My son also really liked his veal. Deserts looked and tasted great. Very good veal and wonderful pesto pasta , highly recommend, beef tartare was prepared in front of us and was presented wonderfully the atmosphere was great with an excellent view and the overall experience was exceptional as well as that the deserts were beautifully decorated and tasted delicious.
