The Ritz Roadhouse - Ritzville

I wish I could do 4.5 stars because 4 doesn't really cut it but 5 would be an overstatement. Anyway, the food we had was really quite good for a highway roadside diner, the service was above average. standard chit chat with our waitress. I had the chicken pasta and my wife had the meatloaf both were done well and the veggies were a little lacking in taste but not all that bad. Overall a good experience and they just won a travel award for their food the waitress was telling us. I can see why.

Wanted good home cooked meal. Waitress brought more salad dressing but wrong kind. Baked potato not fully cooked. Frozen veggies (cooked carrots/green beans) were yuck. Meatloaf was burned. Seems like they fry each side. All black! Caused a big upset with husband cause he doesn't like complaints.

It was a good stop during our travel. A break for my Family to get out of the car. Good Food. Our waitress was kind to us. We was there for breakfast.

My husband and I stopped here for a late dinner after a very long road trip, almost too tired to care what I picked to eat.

Great Breakfast, and a very very nice waiter. Don’t miss out.
