My favorites: kitchery (if you have skin problems), spinach lasagna and the Tofu Sizzler.
During our month-long stay in Rishikesh, we tried out various restaurants, but Pyramid Cafe stood out as the top spot to dine. The food was delicious and the kitchen was spotless. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing.
Some of my favorite dishes at this restaurant are the Kitchery (great for those with stomach issues), Spinach Lasagna, and Tofu Sizzler.
