Service was a little surly even though we were one of only 2 parties eating. The bruschetta starter was interesting, with very crunchy toasted bead accompanied by seafood cocktail sauce, jam and something a little more local and fiery. The bresaola was tasty with a nice design. Primi piatti were all we needed at lunchtime but the seafood risotto was very salty and the seafood carbonara had slightly scrambled egg and was a little gloopy. Fine for a quick lunch but we may have found better had we spent more time looking.
The restaurant was at best average. Not much trade about so on our own initially apart from the child of the house prancing about talking into his phone and the stereo noise from the television and radio. Rather disappointing.
Nice restaurant opposite the port in Riposto. Portions are smaller than we expected but the food was very good. Wine and cocktails were excellent.
The food was veeeery good, but we had to wait for 2 1/2 hours for it to arrive (pasta and pizza). the waites were very stressed and confused about everything. (the restaurant was half empty) they had a karaoke thing outside and the italians sang their songs.(made the waiting less horrible)
