In this particular instance, I opted for a deal that was advertised outside the restaurant, which turned out to be quite good: a meal for $5. That was a solid value. However, when I used the app, I ended up paying about $8 more than I expected, and the biggest issue was that the full cost wasn't made clear while using the app. It was only when I picked up my food that I discovered the total charge. While things seem to be a bit better now, I advise everyone to double-check prices and address any discrepancies right away to avoid these problems in the future.

I'm not sure why the lobby was closed, so I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Biggie Bag. Unfortunately, my order was messed up three different times, even though it was all correct at the speaker. I didn't receive the sauce for my nuggets, I didn't get my free frost with my keychain, and I ended up with a Diet Coke instead of a Coca-Cola. That being said, what I did receive was still enjoyable.

On a personal note, I'm not a fan of the new fries. For a decade, I praised another chain for having the best fries, and now, with the competition, I believe that chain still comes out on top.

The customer service is usually quite decent. eating is mediocre. I don't think I've ever got hot, crispy pommes from this place, and every time we visit, there's always something wrong with our order. hoaxers, they are always friendly and fast to replace the product, but until then the rest of the food is cold and everyone is in a bad mood. whondy is in the rule I feel overpriced.

I had made the mistake of ordering from Uber Eats and spent close to $32.00 on a meal that is usually under $20.00. Wendy's closes the lobby at a certain hour so the drive though is usually a mess. Not only was my order completely wrong, but it looked like someone got into my bag and ate 3/4 of the fries in each container. I'm sorry, but that is horrible business! Of course I complained to Uber Eats, but they are no help. I am highly disappointed in both companies and won't bother with this location in the future!
