Little Caesars Pizza - Rio Rancho

If they don't stay open until 10 again, they really need to adjust their closing hours. I arrived at 9:35 and the doors were locked while they were mopping! That's just ridiculous.

This restaurant consistently forgets to deliver an entire pizza along with several other items from my order. I've even kept track of the delivery instructions and the number of items I ordered to make sure I receive everything I paid for, yet it happens every single time! It feels intentional at this point. After they mess up, they're nearly impossible to reach by phone, and I've had no response to the emails I've sent expressing my concerns. The phone just keeps ringing with no answer. I definitely do not recommend CESARS LITTLE in RIO RANCHO! You'll just end up wasting your money.

I initially agreed to wait 15 minutes for my order, but after 40 minutes had passed, I inquired about it and was told it would be ready in at least 5 more minutes. When I finally received my order, some items were missing, and I had to request my other pizza. The staff member was not very friendly during this interaction, which made the experience even more frustrating. I just wanted an honest timeframe and a more pleasant attitude from the staff. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Little Caesars.

Last night was never there. My order was fresh in 15 minutes. The girls were really nice and the pizza was topped good. I was shocked. It was good. Good work

The three employees working at 4:45 pm tonight (July 14) need to be fired. A girl and 2 boys. Definitely kids because they were extremely unprofessional. As soon as a young male customer left they started bad mouthing the way he looked with me sitting right there. They were bashing the kid being white... I'm white! It made me so uncomfortable. They didn't care a customer was in the building. The guy without glasses and dark hair kept bragging how he confronts people who disrespect him. Really... Fire the ghetto workers now!!
