Chick-fil-a - Rio Rancho

The line of this store was not long and it was much closer to home. The young women working outside orders were pleasant and helpful. It is always a pleasure to visit this special location!

This CFA is very good. They have it together. It's clean on the interior and exterior and their parking lot is well-lit and well-paved. The inlets and their outlets for both entrances/exits* *NW and NE side) are very narrow and not great to try to exit OR enter in if you're in a flow of traffic or someone is getting in/getting out the same time as you. The Staff is very friendly and courteous and the food tastes great! Update: This location is great. My family eats here almost every Saturday after swim lessons. Such great food and a great play area that is safe and well-maintained.

I love this place! The staff is always very professional, friendly, polite and efficient. I had delivered her Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich and Spicy Deluxe with waffle potatoes in 10 minutes after my order home. Very fast! Wonderful service and delicious food!

I haven't visited this place for about two years, so only for this recent experience. This was a drive-thru visit and was associated with a partnership between the store and the local schools. I love the partnership and the local support of these agencies. This location can be difficult to reach from the main intersection without driving through neighboring business parking, depending on which type you come from. My route this time brought me all the way to the back of a car repair shop and a rear alley lightness. Upon arrival and search for both lanes that are open, and about 35 cars before me (before the rush/dinner hour), I was glad that it took less than 15 minutes to get my order. The order was right for me and the others in the vehicle, and the food was delicious. Sauces and special requests were met, and the person at the order kiosk was friendly, knowledgeable, altogether helpful. While in the traffic line there were two employees in training and they tried to find out how to move orange cones/pylons around without obvious reason (not to say there was no). I was concerned that one would have been injured in traffic and felt less than confident in their training. I am sure that this is a matter of course for most businesses in the current market, but I am sure that security is a priority. Overall, good experience for me, but could use a small improvement.

This girl FIL a is always amazing, the staff is absolutely unbelievable, they are always helpful to help cleanse our tablets, get us refills, bring our food and just see about all the casual chat as our day was the food is always great and comes quickly But I am upset about her getting rid of the chickens tortilla soup. It is not these places fault, but I absolutely loved it and see that it is taken from the menu is annoying. We stopped on the way to see Blippi the musical
