I was a more frequent customer of the hotel in manhattan. during my last visit because of the miscommunication of the staff, however, we were accused of not paying for our meal. what I can understand can happen inconvenience. the demon the manager spoke to us was very dismaying and rude, and immediately tried to throw us out. he did not apologize for her mistake and for the disorder of our meal before all others. it destroyed the night and the place. we will not return.
