Waited 17 minutes in the drive through WITH ONLY ONE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. Why have a drive through if it takes you 10 min per car? There were only a few customers in the store as well. On top of that, my sandwich tasted funny and the cookies were rock hard. When paying, they even did the whole “the card reader is going to ask you one question”, referring to the tip option. Long wait and inexplicably didn’t hire me (not that I’m complaining)

This morning, I Ordered a box of roast beef sandwiches, 1 salad with specifics on it, a dozen cookies and a dozen bags of chips for a meeting. I showed up at lunchtime and the manager had my subway bag in hand ready to go! The order was perfect! Great job! Thank you!
