If you rent apartments somewhere near this café, don't hesitate and have your lunches or dinners there. Big portions, delicious food and cheap price.

Twice had breakfast there. Very comfortable place. Good prices. Delicious food. One day I tried crepes with cheese and on the other day that was breakfast for about 5 euros (second photo). You definitely can take a lot of different dishes for this price.

For my first night in Latvia, Lido was an excellent choice. I was able to see what I was choosing. Signage was in both Latvian and English. Enough English was spoken by the staff that we were able to communicate. They were able to adjust my portion size, so I didn't feel I was wasting food. Portions were generous and filling. Food choices were simple, but very adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely little food place in a cafeteria type of business. You ask for what you want, take some drinks and deserts onto your tray and pay for things individually as a total. Employees understand English. MASSIVE portions. Check the photos, each photo attached shows €8 worth of food and drink. Lovely experience and cheap.
