Wendy's - Ridley

Place was nice and clean. Frys and Frosty very good. Burger was ok, but other than good veggies on it, not really special. Price definitely not special though. $16 for combo means you can get a better, tastier burger combo at sit down restaurant like Chili's for less money, so are paying extra for convenience.

I'm surprised they had really good french fries and my mother loves the baked potatoes.

So ... There are two Wendy's in Folsom. This is not my favorite. They often mess up parts of my order. I think they are understaffed (like most these days). I have not eaten in the restaurant but only have used the drive thru. Have been there multiple times and probably will be back but I try to go to the other location when I can.

No ketchup in dine area dispensers,6 pm no customers dirty tables loud talk in back but no clerk in front.Young woman approach started to take order had to repeat everything twice. Asked for a side of the special new sauce and the girl was freaking out 'what sauce???,I don 't know,hmmmm I have to ask took 2 min and ended up with a pc cup of green water like substance was horrible.,Went to order another chic sandwich and the guy in charge had to ask the girl who new nothing, how to ring it up???? ,There was not one ounce of customer service displayed Thru out the time spent there.Food like warm, Fries soft no edge to them.
