Pretty good place friendly service, good burrito, lol pricey although.

Chipotle is an example of how all fast food should be.

The worst chipotle I've been to. They have forgotten multiple items on every order I've placed. This last order I spent almost 50 for two bowls. Missing half of the order on both bowls. Mind the stuff missing is what I get charged for.

There is too many young adults at this location that can’t deal with working in a restaurant and don’t understand the importance of paying for a product and service. Management can not manage filing the back line for mobile orders while keeping up with the front line. Instead grill employees are sent on break without handling responsibilities and leaving managers scrambling throughout restaurant trying to one man the store like some fictional superhero. Serious training needs to be done here.

This place is SUPER SUSPECT. Last night, I witnessed the manager literally throw the remnants of a disregarded mobile order (rice) BACK into the fresh rice, to be served and sold as new. I promptly told the gentleman working that this was unacceptable and he did replace that rice with freshly made rice.The fact that in 2023, this still goes on in places in order to save a few cents is insane to me. The manager was also super rude to us and other customers.To the owners or managers who are reading this- check the tape. It was around 6 30 pm. Feel free to contact me directly. Your place has bad reviews on Google, with a pattern, due to things like this and trying to skimp on basic portion ingredients. Get it together and stop trying to take advantage of people simply due to your location.
