Horribler customer service. I called the store to get an update because my order was already 20 minutes late. I talked to a lady and she told me the manager was busy and would call me back immediately. 10 minutes left without phone call, so I called again. The phone rings once and the manager answered with an aggressive yes! I then said I called to get and update, and before I could get the rest of my sentence out, he said my address and then the driver said on the way!! Then hang up. If you run late, you should update your customers. You shouldn't have an attitude if you talk to the customers about your mess. I will never order from them again

My wife and I order our usual combination plater that come with a egg roll, they were so over cooked and the bottom of the egg roll was filled with grease. We had to throw them both out. Also way prices went up you would expect Quality! After many years of service we are very disappointed in China House!
