The idea of sitting outside always is always appealing. The food is good.I would recommend it!

Omg so good! I got the Bahn mi sandwich with truffle fries and a side of crispy balsamic brussel sprouts. Everything was magical.

We love this little place in ridgway. the be happy and the beyond burger can both be made vegan and the owners are always super courteous. we love to sit outside on the terrace; the prospects are amazing. we visited ridgway 7 years ago when they were just a food truck and their children were small blonde wispen sunshine. now her oldest has grown up and works as a food runner, and he is as polite and well talented as they come. what makes fun to see the evolution. they can not go wrong eating at eatery 66, fast, courtesy service, delicious and well-designed eating, and views that are quite unbeatable from their beautiful outdoor eating. Try it!
