It’s unprofessional to be selectively friendly with customers. She really needs to work on her social skills to engage positively with all customers as soon as possible! I've had several disappointing visits, and I hope this issue gets addressed soon.

Charming little café with excellent coffee and delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The woman who works there most days is lovely (her name starts with an M, but I’m drawing a blank). It has a lovely atmosphere and is a great spot to sit down and get some work done.
