Ridgely Pizza And Pasta

The pizza was good. Ordered one deep dish with pepperoni and one thin crust with half pepperoni and half Hawaiian. They were both hand tossed the only difference between the two is that one was thinner than the other. The Old Bay wings were what we expected. Enjoyed a nice dinner with family.

Ordered food for delivery and people so stupid forgot to bring my drink...charged me for it then denied me ever ordering it.. Spanish speaking...advise patronizing a american run restaurant

We have ordered from this place on several occasions for contactless delivery without issues. Today, we ordered, and received the text that the food was on the way. An hour later, still no food. We called to check on our order and were told, it was delivered. We checked the porch again and even the yard and it was not there. When we suggested that maybe they delivered it to the wrong house, the woman on the phone said she 'd check with the driver. When we called back, she said that it was delivered and they knocked when they dropped off the food. We were sitting in the room next to our porch with our three dogs, there was no knock on the door and no car in our driveway. When we asked if they could send the order again or refund the money, she repeated again, well, it was delivered, with a nasty tone of voice. The implication that we were lying to get a free meal was disgusting. We will never order from them again.

I've been ordering from this establishment since they opened. I'm sorry to say tonight was the first time I was disappointed. I have recommended them time and again. Our meal was cold and threw most away. Don't know if I'll ever order there again.

I have ordered from this place multiple times. My order is messed up 8/10 times. They've forgotten parts of the order and never offer to fix it. If I call they just blame me for unknown reasons. One time they even forgot about my order then when I called 1.5 hours later, they said they were closing and wouldn't be making it. They messed up my order for the last time today. They did not put any toppings on my sub. When I called, they blamed me then blamed their app. Offered to have the driver BRING ME THE TOPPINGS to put on myself. I said no, I wanted the correct sub. They showed up 35 mins after my phone call (I live 2 blocks from them), picked up the wrong sub and just left... didn't bring me the right one... and no refund to my card either. Don't bother ordering delivery. At least pick it up so they have to correct their problems. What a joke of a place. The only reason they are still in business is because they are the only close place for food. 0 stars, do not recommend. Get your customer service together, people.
