Przekaż informację zwrotnąI have just experienced and discussed something very disturbing. The checkout in the car through the window took a cup of a homeless. I'm all for helping the homeless, but there are some issues wrong with it. 1) Cross-contamination. She took a dirty cup back where our food is prepared. 2) She didn't wash her hands and went around with the food. I'll talk. What she should have done was to fix him a drink with a new cup and then wash her hands after she gave him. That would have been good, but what they did tonight was just NASTY! The night workers need a better training on sanitary and food treatment!!!!
My daughter, man and I visited this place when we visited my daughter's student orientation for college. The food was delicious and plentiful. The young man who took our order was funny, but not attentive. But that didn't take away our experience. Good food Whataburger!
Loved that you could hear and clearly understand the friendly lady on the intercom while making our order. Our order was correct, we didn't have to ask for extra napkins, and the portions were big enough to share. I ordered the bacon burger combo and my little one got the kid's chicken tenders meal. The burger wasn't to my taste, but it had plenty of toppings that were all of good quality. The fries were warm and had just the right amount of salt, but the oil taste was really strong. My kiddo thought her meal was delicious.
We waited for an hour or more, just to have cold food. How could the food be cold with others also wait. We only ordered online to get to the window and no order. The night leader asked if we ordered in the right place, yes. She asked me to find the order. After all, she took my phone and came back with drinks and then the food. Cold food. Very disappointing. The fact is that the online system has been shut down.
I think I visited a bad day. It took 10 minutes to ask me if I had been helped after at least 3 people behind the counter saw me in my face and left. When someone finally asked if I had ordered, it took about 5 minutes because the person was in training. I felt bad because they did not learn eagerly, and it was really disturbing the entire fast food process. Once I ordered, it took another 10 minutes to get the food. I was told it was ordered, but the Pommes were warm, and the burger was not as warm as the Pommes. I know there's a lack of workers in industry, but 15 minutes for food to be cooked when I order cold? It had a decent taste, but would have been better if the food was actually cooked to order hot after almost 20 minutes overall there. Also it wasn't busy in the restaurant. The manager was clearly overwhelmed.
