Wendy's - Ridgeland

I've visited this restaurant twice, and both times my order was incorrect. I won't be returning.

Every time I visit this location, my order is incorrect. I understand it's a new establishment, but the kitchen staff should be familiar with the menu by now. They really need to improve. Furthermore, there are always a lot of people gathered at the window looking overwhelmed whenever I have to send back my food. Instead of standing around, they should be actively supervising the cooks to ensure everyone knows what they're doing.

Last night, December 5, 2020, I visited this restaurant after work around 8 PM, and the staff were very friendly. The vegetables on the burger were fresh and had a nice crunch to them. I really enjoyed my brief visit and was pleased when I got home and opened my bag.

This is likely the slowest Wendy's I've ever visited, and Wendy's is my favorite fast food chain. The service is consistently sluggish and ineffective. I could hardly hear the person taking my order, and the menu board is difficult to see. Additionally, the parking lot is full of potholes and has an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a dumpster.

I was informed that they couldn't serve me because I didn't arrive in a car, despite the fact that I drive a semi truck.
