Waffle House - Ridgeland

I would recommend this location to anyone who values great customer service. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted with the most pleasant staff ever! My waitress was Seanna and she was such a pleasure to experience. I want to shout out the location's new manager, Gabriel. You can really tell that he spends time developing an amazing staff!!

Whole new management now a waitress named kennesha served me and was very polite and helpful. It was a great experience. Very nice service and friendly atmosphere. Food was great and the restaurant was very clean. Chris the new district manager as well introduced himself and was very nice.

We shared a night to remember on Thanksgiving night with the great staff and Angie I believe was the lady who served us. Shout out to the Thanksgiving night crew who made an unforgettable memorable evening for my fiance's first time meeting my family. It was so beautiful to share the moment with the crew there. It was not packed out and we were waited on perfectly yet we were not bombarded with inquiries continuously as I have experienced in the past while trying to enjoy meals elsewhere.

One server 1 cook. Nobody else wanted to come to work, yet both of these ladies did their job with a smile and worked well together. Service was obviously slower than it should have been, but in no way the fault of these 2 women. Only wish l had more money so that l could have given them more than the 25% tip that l gave them.
