Smoothie King - Ridgeland

I love smoothie king but this location is almost always disappointing. My best friend and I went today and got angel food one with peanut butter and one make it skinny with peanut butter. The staff was mumbling under their breath about how “sick of people” they were and then got the order wrong. They were giggling and talking to each other without acknowledging our orders and over all were just very rude. My best friend and I both work in customer service so we understand how frustrating serving people can be sometimes but when the customers are nice and considerate there should almost never be a problem.. very sad day for customer service. I hope these kids learn a little kindness and respect.

I stood at the counter for 8mins waiting for my order to be taking as i watched them half wash out the containers. Make smoothie mix with other smoothies. This is not good for people who cant have milk. This use too be a good store:

I went to Smoothie King around 5:05pm today. The young lady who poured my smoothie in the cup didn’t have any gloves on. There was excess smoothie that fell on the side of the cup, which she then used her finger to place it inside the cup! The young lady had an attitude when I told her she needed to remake the smoothie because I wasn’t going to drink it! I’m very disgusted!

Smoothie was just as ordered. HOWEVER I called when I got there and was told, we don't do curbside anymore. I ordered curbside online expecting that. I'm not gonna give a bad review for that, but Please remove curbside from the app as an option if you no longer offer it. It's a little frustrating.

Kid-friendliness: My kids loved their smoothies and the sweet workers that were talking to them!
