Pho Huong - Ridgeland

Today’s meet up was nothing short of amazing. This was my first time at Pho Huong. I enjoyed making spring rolls with the marinated pork. It was rather easy to make and they were well seasoned. For my entree I had the rice plate with marinated chicken and egg rolls. had a bowl of noddles and a fruit drink- can’t remember which one it was Catina Brown ordered. That fish sauce was the truth. The flavors were deep as the ocean waters. The rice was stop on. The soup even had a good flavor to it- usually not a fan based on what I have had at other restaurants. I got the spare ribs to go. They smell amazing. We had some great big people too. The Sangria was not over powering.

This was a very lovely lunch! I have been hearing people say how awesome it is, but I hadn’t had a chance to go by, until yesterday. My friend and I had both had the beef spare rib plate with white rice/ egg on top. The pickled cabbage and pho broth were perfect compliments to this dish. We also had the slow dripped, iced coffee, which was also perfect. The owner greeted us and waited on us as well. She was so sweet and very hard working. I love supporting local restaurants, especially ones you can tell have a lot of heart and love in them

Pretty much my go-to spot! Family owned business, and the sisters are so friendly and make you feel at home. The food is amazing!!! Spring rolls are definitely fresh, spare ribs are a must, Pho is definitely the best in town.... I love the specials too. You have to be a little patient with the service when it’s busy, but trust me the food is fresh to order and totally worth the wait. Ohh if you are a coffee buff, order the iced coffee.. delish.

Great broth. Expect a few min wait. The food seems to be made to order. Also just get the small bowl of Pho otherwise way too much. Have had the spring rolls and the peanut sauce is delicious. So far everything is great. Update 2/8/2017 The rest of the menu is very good and I have found a few favorites that I won’t mention here, to ensure that it is here when I order. Lol. The staff is very friendly and will come tableside to talk and make recommendations. Heard that there is talk of sandwiches in the future. Can’t wait. Harvey
