Krystal - Ridgeland

Some of the worst customer service I've had in my life. Very rude. African American lady long nails. Long hair ABSOLUTELY RUDE barley let you order very short rushed the heck out of us. Never had Krystal and would never return or at least not to this one. I was very polite and was asking questions due to not knowing what to order.Fire her or teach her some manners. Spent $50, and half of my burgers weren't even full. Patties. And old cold chicken. Just close the whole store. I'm surprised you all are still open.

This spot is the most uncaring place. I what is it so hard about yall fixing these people food correctly and right. We are not animals and your momma didnt raise a farm!!! So yall need to start getting these things right or people are going to forever hurt yall over fastfood ... I"m not saying I Will but I do speak for the people who have anger issues and just wanted to eat something that they have to be forced to eat!!! Think about it !!!

I found the Krystal's breakfast Sunriser sandwich to be disappointing. The eggs were overcooked and rubbery, the sausage tasted bland, and the overall combination lacked flavor. The bun was also dry, making it an unsatisfying breakfast option.

The worst Krystals EVER!! FOOD WAS TRASH AND THE SERVICE!!.. No one needs to stop to eat here!! It should be closed down!!

The last few times I have went at night the service is horrible and their favorite line is “All we have are wings and fries that’s it that’s all” in that exact way. Very unprofessional and lacks customer service.
