Hidden gem. Chef Aemon works tirelessly to produce world class meals in rustic Rico. A short drive from Telluride through one of Colorado's most dramatic corridors of towering peaks, beautiful lakes and rivers.

Excellent food.!! I recommend this place for sure! Dinner was just amazing. The flavors are so delicious.

For such a small this place does a very tasty hamburger. They're mostly limited to carry out during covid. I'm typically not a fan of fried potatoes instead of french fries but the garlic sauce on the hamburger pulled it together for me. I'll definitely have to try them again the next time I'm in Rico!
