Pret A Manger, Richmond Upon Thames

I often order a hot drink and choose from their lunch/dinner menu at this restaurant. It's a tasty and reasonably priced option in Richmond, making it one of my top choices for dining in or taking out for a picnic on Richmond green during the warmer months. The upstairs also has comfortable seating, perfect for remote working. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is warm.

I was extremely impressed with the service from the waitress and the manager during my visit with a friend. We encountered some problems with the code I was trying to use on the app, but they were very accommodating and honored the discount in person. The food was served promptly and we even received an additional treat.

Tasty fresh food the persons that served me were friendly and my iced coffee was really good and refreshing! I just LOVE the Satay sauce, please never change it!
