My order was delivered promptly, which was a positive aspect of my visit. However, I was slightly disappointed by the food quality as it arrived a bit cold, affecting the overall dining experience. Despite this, I am willing to give this restaurant another try as I believe everyone deserves a second chance. Perhaps it was just an off day in the kitchen.
We ordered some menus from Mc donalds richmond upon thames and after half an hour we didn't receive any of the foods but just the drinks. We reordered it and second time french fries were missing. There is no phone number to call, noone is even calling us or saying sorry or making any explanation. This is not just not doing the job properly but also being rude.
We are here looking after our grandchildren and thought a Macdonalds would be a treat. My son who is away, ordered the meal. Delivered at 5.30 pm today, it was the most appalling meal ever. Cheeseburgers did not contain any cheese and were cold. It said Cheeseburger on the wrapper. Fries were also cold. My grandson left most of his burger which is unheard of. If this is their standard, Macdonalds Richmond should be closed down.
If a restaurant needs to close its doors 30+ minutes earlier than usual at the end of the day, they should have the courtesy and customer service skills to place a sign in the window explaining the situation. It is not acceptable to ignore customers outside trying to enter, and then simply gesture that the establishment is closed when they knock on the door. Customers deserve to know the reason for the early closure.
The employees at this location are incredibly incompetent. We have had to request refunds numerous times due to incorrect orders or missing items. Save yourself the trouble and just cook at home.
