Istanbul Barbecue Teddington

I haven't visited this restaurant in years, but it's no wonder that it's still thriving because the food is fantastic and the staff are friendly. The medium chicken donner for £8 was more than enough for me, as it came with a delicious array of fresh salad, warm flatbreads, and fresh chili sauce. Fortunately, my partner was able to help me finish it off. Well done, guys!

Big owner and food but staff needs to pull their socks up. You need to know that the customer is always right and is the boss until pay day.

Luke warm on arrival even though paid the extra £1.50 for fast delivery asked for a plain burger for a dairy intolerant child it came with cheese so he could not eat it called the store bring it back then was the reply? Terrible attitude...Also diner meat tasteless ordered chilli sauce but it came smothered in mayonnaise Shsh chicken was ok just warm and the chips were like cardboard Will not be using or recommending this shop Ps this is the third time they had messed up an order The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced

We ordered through Food Only and Food Not Delivered advised to contact restaurant and were met with a very unhelpful rude response. Definitely won't be using again although we try to support local businesses.

Food is OK, guys are rude. Not welcoming. Each time less meet, only salad and expired pickles. Not going back.
