Yaz Lounge - Richmond Hill

Wow what a beautiful shisha lounge, clean, nicely decorated, spacious good music. But what a SHITTY service even tho the place was empty there's no service... without speaking of the food quality.. none of the food we ordered came to the table warm. Seriously we're 4 girls coming all the way from downtown because the website looked appealing and left on our appetites and bad mood for waiting and waiting and waiting for literally everything. Got a waitress that doesn't even know the menu and seems lost in the world when you asked her a simple question. That's sad because it's a great spot but I wished the whole experience was much better. We asked for the manager and waited another 30 minutes to finally get the bill and leave because he or she never came. 260$ bill later won't be back for sure

This is a brand new place, I just checked it out for the first time earlier this week. It's a very nice establishment, very trendy and cool interiors. They have a wide menu for food, drinks and hookah flavours. The place has just been open for a week, and will be having their grand opening this coming weekend. Their hookah flavours are real good, nicely prepared and their shishas are real clean and smooth since they're all brand new. The place is very cozy, trendy and has a nice modern touch to it. They will apparently be hosting parties on wknds, with djs and bottle service. Great place, great shisha, Highly recommended!

Excellent service, great atmosphere and good music. Food was a generous quantity for the price. $32 for the platter which comes with a skewer of grilled chicken, beef cubes almost like steak, kebab, rice, grilled tomato and some red cabbage . They served a red hot grilled chilli pepper which was delicious. Sheesha was also good with the grape head and ice pipe. Total bill for two people, food, sheesha, and one drink each was around $100.

I came here when YAZ just opened in April 2019 and it was great. I came back again this time and they upgraded their decor which is very aesthetically pleasing but service was incredibly slow. The food took almost half an hr to come out and they increased their prices by a lot. My group of 4 were offered water but was not told that there was an ADDITIONAL COST of 5$. When ordering shisha, we were asked if we wanted regular coals or coconut coals. We opted for coconut coals, unaware that it was 5$ EXTRA. Also, a service charge of 5$ is automatically added to every bill. Legally, every establishment must provide free water if they are selling alcohol. Also, it would have been nice to know there was a charge on water and coconut coals before we ordered since no where on the menu was it stated.

I've worked at this place numerous times, each time was awful they have no idea what they are doing and they say everything is fresh mind you I'm pulling from the freezer for the fries and kibbeh, when I worked there I made sure all the food was perfect, I got let go because of the amount of sexual harassment I endured and couldn't say anything. They charge over 30$ for shrimp that we defrost and add about a cup of salad underneath that's not even always fresh. This place is not worth the trip unless your just getting shisha. the main point is the shisha room is directly beside the kitchen so the ash goes all over into the kitchen and we've had multiple fires due to that, it is not up to standards and definitely not worth the prices for the treatment. Another thing is they never bring in enough workers so people end up getting there food cold or even forgotten about. I wouldn't recommend. I tried my best there to make it better but the amount of disrespect from the establishment is sickening
