Thai Express - Richmond Hill

I ordered the Shrimp Spring roll, glass envelope, the roll was too long, the shrimps??? What a joke, a shrimp split in half, the glass sluice stick to the plastic sluice, everywhere, very blanching, hard to eat, and I had much better....The peanut sauce was too spicy!! Not to mention that the woman behind the counter assembled the bowls without gloves and her thumb was in the bowl, I believed and glad I had no bowl. Not safe according to health and food safety standards!!! Yuk!

We ate here for dinner in Toronto. The food was very good. The atmosphere could have been better because there is a closed frozen yogurt area that takes up half the restaurant. There were signs for a stay, but there were new management. Altogether pretty good...food.

I typically don't write negative reviews, but I had to for this one. This was hands down the worst Thai food I have ever had. The spring roll was absurdly long and filled mostly with lettuce and a tiny shrimp. The lemongrass beef I ordered was soggy and unappetizing. I barely ate any of it and had to drown it in hoysen sauce and hot sauce just to force it down. The tables were dirty and the music was way too loud. Overall, a terrible experience for a chain restaurant. I will never be returning. Fail.

I come here to have Real thai fiif, and that means that you want to think home that was good that was a beautiful Thai food, but if you go there and you think that it was a very bland under boiled pasta that... just together and over Sauced and overcooked certain parts and overall your experience was only definitely not what you expected and pay the price that we really did

Great tasting Thai food, good prices and quick but yet somehow below average service. Service aside a great place for quick Thai food.
