Starbucks - Richmond Hill

After globe-trotting and sipping on Starbucks from Shanghai to Saint Petersburg over two decades, I must say this particular outlet might just take the trophy for Most Unique Ambience! ? With just three bustling baristas, it felt like a VIP experience – where the VIP stands for Very Interesting Place . Let 's keep things spiced up, shall we? Hope to see a little twist on my next visit.

It's a busy location, especially in the evening. Nice place to work for a couple of hours. They have electric sockets almost at every table. Service is kind of Ok, but they are not maintaining well. Ordered a cappuccino and wanted to order a cookie, but changed my mind after seeing flies flying in side the display counter.

The staff must be lazy. This is the 3rd time they've messed up my uber eats order. First time they send me someone elses order. Second time im missing items, today they sent me the wrong items. I cant eat what they sent. Even if uber eats provides a refund, its for the food amount only. I paid delivery for food i cant even eat and i dont want to order again paying ANOTHER delivery fee. This isnt fair. STOP MESSING UP OUR ORDERS!!!!

You should definitely give yourself a refresher at this branch!

The service was great. I only stood in line for a few minutes and the barista at the cash apologized for the wait time, one of my food items hadn’t come out for a few minutes and another barista asked what I was waiting for and made sure it was given to me right away. It was a nice atmosphere to get some work done. Overall well done to the baristas working here!
