Ming Cuisine Qīng Huā Zhuāng

We've spotted Ming when visiting that plaza but had never dined there until now. They serve Dim Sum until 4 PM, which is why we decided to stop by. Every dish we tried was amazing—perfectly cooked, not greasy, and wonderfully seasoned. We will certainly return to sample more of their offerings. If you're a fan of Dim Sum, Ming is an excellent choice! We'll make sure to take pictures next time; we were too busy enjoying our food!

I was informed over the phone while placing my order that we would receive a 10% discount on our lunch takeout if we paid in cash. However, when I arrived to pick it up, the staff member told me that the discount only applies to dinner orders. The staff seemed quite disorganized. When I went to pick up my order, I found that a third of the items we had ordered were missing. It’s essential to double-check your entire order. The BBQ pork bun was excessively doughy, and the beef balls had a texture reminiscent of frozen hot pot beef balls. I can’t help but suspect that some of the dim sum items were just frozen and had been sitting in the freezer for months.

I really enjoyed the fried pumpkin here—it was soft and incredibly delicious. The lobster was decent, but a bit on the dry side. The chicken was fresh, but it had a bit too much wasabi for my taste. The atmosphere felt very family-friendly! Be sure to make a reservation, as walk-ins aren't recommended. The prices were somewhat high; we paid $270 for a 5 lb lobster, fried vegetables, chicken, beef, pork, and more vegetables.

I thoroughly enjoy eating at this restaurant! The staff is welcoming, and the food is both fresh and delicious. I would give it a full 5 stars, although the price for the eel dish was a little steep, but not overly so. I’m also a big fan of their soups, but since it's just the two of us, ordering a whole bowl (which serves 4-6 people) would be too much for us. Overall, this place is an excellent choice for lunch or dinner, and you won't be disappointed!

We dined there as a large group of 12 and quickly noticed water dripping from the ceiling above us. The restaurant was informed, but they couldn't move us since it was full. Our host ended up sitting right under the leak. The seafood was fresh and delicious, but the service was just average.
