Hero Certified Burgers - Richmond Hill

The restaurant's operating hours on Google Maps are not accurate. Despite closing at 5:00, I was told to leave at 1:15 by the owner, who said they were closing in 5-10 minutes. It's not advisable to rely on the posted operating hours of this establishment.

We always have a fantastic experience whenever we order from this restaurant. We have been visiting this branch for many years now.

The poutine I ordered did not meet my expectations. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken poutine with pickles on top, but it did not come with the pickles. The fries were cold and not crispy, and I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. This location of the restaurant is typically not like this, so I would recommend not visiting this particular one.

The salmon fillet was tender but lacked flavor. It would have been better with Low-Fat Mayonnaise or Pineapple Mango. On the other hand, the condiments on the 4 oz Hero Burger were perfect with juicy sliced pickles, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, relish, mustard, and spicy jalapeños adding a kick of flavor. Overall, I preferred the hamburger over the salmon burger.
