Tropical Jade 2 - Richmond Hill

If I could, I would give the staff negative stars due to their lack of etiquette, common sense, and customer service skills. In the past, I enjoyed the food at this place, which was good, but the poor service and terrible attitudes made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. If the rude staff who were working on September 1, 2023, don't care about keeping customers, they should either close the doors or hire trained employees instead. P.S. Absolutely terrible! The restaurant was dirty, and when the food arrived, the wontons were incredibly hard—so hard they could break glass! When I mentioned it to the staff, she said it was because they were deep-fried, but that’s not an acceptable excuse. I would give zero stars if I could. Food rating: 1/5.

I had an amazing experience during my birthday celebration at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the coconut shrimp. The staff were fantastic and did an excellent job. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!

Food is excellent. Sharon and Sherri are the nicest girls upstairs. They are very pleasant and made sure we were happy with the cocktails we ordered. Food and drinks were affordable and totally worth the visit.

This place is under rated. Their upstairs dining allows for family separate from the customers at the bar. Staff is friendly and patient except the buss boy is a little rushed but other wise great experience would try again.
