Pizza Hut - Richmond Hill

If you're a fan of spicy food, you'll definitely enjoy the new spicy double peppers. They deliver a nice kick without being overwhelmingly hot. My order arrived just 35 minutes after I placed it, which is impressive considering I ordered during the busy hour of 5:30. I also tried the cheese pizza, and it was equally delicious. I'm really hoping they keep this new pizza on the menu!

I often grab the personal pan superior pizza, which is under $6. The service is always quick, and the pizza is consistently hot and fresh! I also really appreciate the manager at this location; she is always friendly and smiling, and it’s clear that she enjoys her job, even when it's sweltering hot in the restaurant!

The cheese breadsticks are consistently overcooked. I had ordered them previously, and they were just as tough, so I assumed it was just a one-time issue. However, when I ordered again yesterday, they were still hard and overcooked. I needed to revise my review because the manager, Margie, reached out to me, addressed my concerns, and resolved the issue. I'm truly grateful for their kindness and excellent customer service.
