Dunkin' - Richmond Hill

I've never had an issue with this Dunkin'. The staff is fantastic, especially Mohammed. He is extremely friendly and attentive, always doing his best to serve quickly. The food is consistently delicious, and the drinks are great as well.

The service here is great!! I come almost every Monday afternoon and the worker, Hussein is so nice and helpful and knows my drink!! He works very hard and hard. He always greets people with a smile and is friendly for everyone. Thanks for everything.

I have come to this Dunkin’ Donuts for over two years perhaps three I have seen that all management and employees come and go. By far, the management that is currently working with the shop is the best I have ever seen in my history to go to Dunkin’ Donuts and other Fast Food restaurants. I work at the hospital next door and the highlight of my day comes to pick up my coffee on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon when I see my favorite worker Hussein who works there. This 17-year-old young man runs the restaurant very well in the afternoon. I respect him and I have to honor him sincerely for all his hard work and ethics, that he not only provides me with my order, but also for providing the other customers and their orders. He welcomes all customers with respect and smile at each of the customers and asks how their day goes. He always ensures that we perfect the door in a positive and happy mood and with the right and right order. I am sincerely shocked at how amazing this young man is not only him, but any other worker I have just seen in the store. Anyone who owns this franchise or knows this young man who really needs to recognize Hussein, because the work he introduces is sincerely excellent and he deserves an increase. Always making my coffee right always gives me my hospital discount and especially always make sure that I smile in a happy mood and always smile. Store is always clean and there is never a mess around. if there is a way, I can give you 10 stars I would!!! Tom

I go this store almost daily and I can't have the excellent customer service of Hussein rave . He is personally, always with a smile, a very hard worker who interacts with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their order. For someone to remember what the customer ordered is impressive and deserves a 5 stars

I work in the hospital, I have been coming here last 1 year, The afternoon guy Md is the best employee in the store, He knows, what he is doing, fast, friendly, cleaned guy. Love this place.
