Buyer Beware Teenagers Running the Business by themselves and hidden surcharges!!! I went in with my family to get 2 bubble teas and was shocked to be charged $1.45 without being disclosed for using a credit card less than $15!!!! The very young cashier never stated that I would be charged nor did the sign state a surcharge. Actually, the person behind me mentioned something about a minimum order of $15 and that is when I asked if I was charged that surcharge. The very young cashier stated yes and she stated that there were signs up. There was a sign up, (see attached) however, they did not disclose a surcharge only a minimum charge of $15 I then wanted to canceled the order and pay cash and the cashier came back and said I couldn 't do that! I then told the cashier to cancel my order completely, since I have not consumed the product. She then went to get another young employee and said she was sorry but she couldn 't refund the order! We then told her that we would be contacting the credit card company and disputing the charge! After leaving, my husband went back and took pictures of the signs and took a picture of the outside door. The next thing I knew, there was an employee that came running out screaming at us, we are just college students! ! She also threatened to take picture of us which she did! We came to relax and have a refreshing drink not be ripped off by a mom and pop shop ran by teenyboppers! It is not about the $1.45 it is the principle!!!! How dare this company make a profit from all the surcharges of all their customers when they are not even aware!!!! My family and I will NEVER be back! I hope they are reported to the better business bureau!

I visited this place when I traveled to Miami and definitely I will check in again. They have many choices of delicious drinks, friendly services. They put less ice so I can enjoy my drink longer Yayy!

BEST BOBA EVER! I highly recommend Teajito for your cravings for a quick refresher during the day. ALL of their drinks are very good. The helpers are very nice and the owner is very kind. All of their drinks are made fresh and I would come back here again.

Absolutely love this place. It's a hidden gem! When you find a good boba place, stick with it. They are few and far between. Highly highly recommend !! 10/10
