Penn Station East Coast Subs

I've never encountered a more rude staff before, as a customer and as a DoorDash driver. They're incredibly condescending and always ignore me when I come in as a DoorDash driver. Will never be coming back to this location ever again.

It is Thursday April 11th 8:52 p.m. The door says open till 10 p.m. They are closed!!!

I walked in to place a lunch order and an employee was sitting on a food-contact work surface. Another employee, manning the grill, was smoking a weed vape in the store and bragging about it. A manager was there and didnt say anything. I only know he was a manager because he told the other employees to make sure the place was spotless because Andy would be there tomorrow and the manager wanted a good review in order to get his $2000 bonus.Every employee was loudly cursing in front of customers. This place is a disaster.

Clean, tasty, fast, and good service. Love the cookies!

Sandwich was alright but the kitchen area was dirty. Register was covered with dust, food guards looked like they never clean them. The whole place could use a good cleanup. I'd avoid eating here
