Charleys Philly Steaks

Service was great! Friendly people that put a smile on my face! Cheese steaks were fantastic No complaints from the Kids with chicken tenders!!

Wow! Don 't come here if you ate at South Park or great northern and you want that sandwich. These are nothing like those restaurants. Included are photos of my chicken Philly cheesesteak. This looks like ABC (already been chewed) chicken and spit it back in my bun, pieces were the less then a 1/2 . Philly cheesesteak? Grilled peppers mushrooms and onions. Not really grilled almost non existent, But loads of the outermost leaves of a romaine lettuce head, the part most people throw out because it 's the dirtiest and wilts quickly. Oh and maybe taste the dried out chicken and ask yourself would eat this? I will never return. 2nd time not the charm I thought it 's because you were new , nope just unable to make a great chicken Philly cheesesteak.

I bought philly steaks from there and it was just only ok. Better places in the hood. I would only eat there if I was just hungry .

The loaded steak fries are better than the sandwich and less money. The only complaint was that I placed a mobile order on 11-05-21 around 5pm, waited in line at the drive thru, after waiting was asked to come inside to pick it up. The loaded steak fries for around $5.00 were GREAT.

Been here several times because I believe in the brands product but this place needs help. The food can be best described as sometimes , sometimes it 's good and sometimes it 's bad. You just don 't know what it 's going to be when you order. One thing is consistent though, terrible service! Slow and inept are the best way to describe it. Every time I come I get the sincere feeling that I 'm bothering them by ordering. DO NOT expect a smile or thank you. It 's fast food so the bar is already low but these guys need a step ladder to reach it.
