Zaxby's - Richmond

I had Barbara as my server this evening, and she was incredibly helpful and courteous. I accidentally forgot to request that my salad be made without tomatoes, so I had to go back to the counter. She immediately came back to check on my order and ensured that everything was correct. The salad was tasty, and the service was excellent overall.

Zaxby's is consistently a five-star experience for me every week. They serve incredible chicken and provide excellent customer service to match. I recently ordered two family meals via the drive-thru, and despite the busyness, they handled it well, deserving nothing less than five stars. Now that I live in Ohio, I made a special trip to get some because we love it so much. I expected the food to be cold, but it was surprisingly dry? Regardless, I appreciate it. Could someone please consider opening a location in central Ohio? Thank you!

I arrived at Zaxby's a little later than usual for dinner, around 10:45, which is really close to closing time. Honestly, I expected the chicken to be either from the lunch batch or overcooked and rock-hard on the outside. But I was completely wrong! I had the Chicken Nibblerz meal with seasoned fries and a very cold Sprite, and every single bite was even better than the last! I highly recommend the Chicken Nibblerz meal to everyone; it definitely deserves 5 stars!

I love the house salad. But, disappointed, today at Richmond, Ky location that Thousand Island Dressing was no longer available. Please make available again.

It was really good. I always get the Kickin Chicken Sandwich Combo! I would give 5 stars but sometimes the food isn't always the freshest!
