The food was good, but I was disappointed that many items on the menu weren't available. The space is also quite small.

We really enjoyed our breakfast at this cozy little restaurant. Although there’s limited seating, it was definitely worth the wait!

Please be aware that gratuity is already included in the bill! We were never shown a printed check at the end, so we weren't reminded about the included gratuity. When we inquired about the total, we were told it was $75. After handing the server a $100 bill, we received only $6 and some change back, despite having already given a 20% tip in cash on top of that. When we asked to see the check, we were informed, "it states that gratuity is included on the menu." This information should be presented in a larger font, and it would be considerate to provide guests with a receipt. I felt taken advantage of and was upset, but I didn't want to spoil my friend's birthday celebration.

The food and drinks were great and the staff was very friendly. I had the French toast and it was huge and the bread was soft and flavorful. The eggs were cooked perfectly, not over cooked and dry like most places I’ve been for brunch. The potatoes were well seasoned and perfectly cooked.
