Poor customer service on part of the owner/person who runs social media. I've asked kindly multiple times for them to fix their Ubereats menu so it's the same as their menu on every other delivery app. They are on at least 4 apps and 3 out of the 4 menus are accurate and complete. Uber eats delivers further than the other apps. But the owner feels absolutely no inclination to correct that menu, despite enthusiastic encouragement to do so. Shouldn't menu consistency be important and pretty easy to fix? Most restaurants with a social media presence respond favorably to being alerted to menu issues especially when it regards your gluten free options. Though I'd heard some negative things about the owner, I used to think this spot really cared about it's customer base, but I guess the rumors are true.
