The Citizen - Richmond

This restaurant is amazingly good! I am usually quite reserved about my reviews, but this place is great. I just had the best breakfast Burrito of my life. I'll go back every day. I'm here in town. All right. The place is small, but it didn't take long to sit. As I said, the food from this world was good. There were excellent vegan options, and a whole range of vegan/vegetarian sides that you could also add. The fruit in my fruit salad was perfectly ripe. The staff was friendly and the whole place was spotlessly clean! Super highly recommended!!

The food here was amazing! Priceful and full of taste! We went to brunch and were not disappointed. My husband and I shared the Cuban Picadillo Torta and the Blueberry Goat Cheese Crepes! We're coming back!

I had the Disco Eggs w/ Avocado with squash salad as my side and a Thai ice cream coffee. Everything was so tasteful and cooked for perfection. The local eggs were particularly amazing with delicious orange Runny yokes. No toughness here to my eyes, but dishes that are directed to one level that many other higher-priced businesses do not match.

Citizen has absolutely delicious food. Be sure to go early as it gets crowded quickly! Also on Saturday they only have a special brunch menu that offers amazing French toast. The chai ice cream coffee is also such a good drink.

Our breakfast was excellent. We got the huevos rancheros and disco eggs and both had very fresh ingredients and wonderful flavor! The sides are amazing as well...we got the lemon white beans and the lentils and feta, and were so impressed!
