Tees Kitchen - Richmond

Thank you Tees Kitchen for my family’s dinner tonight. I always know where to come for home style meals. I must say everything I get from your restaurant is pleasingly flavored. I truly want to thank you for not using salt in your meals like other restaurants..that really sold me and my family.I also want to share that nothing was left over to take for lunch. My family dove straight in knowing where their dinner came from..Than you ??

Ms Tee, thanks for inviting me to your restaurant. Girrrrlllll, you did your Thang! Everything is perfect. The pasta...........girl. you out did yourself. The greens and Mac n cheese made me miss home. The first time I've tasted real home cooking since I've been in Va. Thank you so much for making my belly smile. See you again soon.

Where do I begin, I ordered, I picked up, and less then 5 minutes later I threw it away, I had BBQ ribs with mac, rice and gravy, and a “cornbread”Starting with the rice and gravy, it’s better described as gravy featuring rice, the rice is SWIMMING in thick salty gravy , was hoping for a better balance between the twoNext the mac and cheese tasted sour, it had a very weird smell and seemed like fake cheese was used, it smelled and tasted very offThe “cornbread” is a corn muffin with an oddly high amount of cinnamon involved and just isn’t goodThe ribs were ok, over seasoned but if the sides were good I could let it slide.The entire plate was 19 dollars and nowhere near worth 5 dollarsThe customer service over the phone was a bit rude as wellIf you wish to support black owned businesses this is NOT the spot, your better off going to backwoods or Jersey girls kitchen

My 2nd time going my fish wasn't edible it was kind of rubbery maybe it sat to long I'm not sure and the first and 2nd time I went the Mac and cheese has a after taste. The yams were great but they are very stringy

The food is disgusting and the customer service is poor!!! My baked chicken was hot on the outside cold on the inside! Are yall trying to get people sick!!!!?? I tried calling back but the young man acted as if he barely wanted to come out to help us with anything or cared to help. The sweet tea was terrible. I will never come here again I wasted my money for the price yall choose to charge people atleast serve HOT FOOD!!! Please save your money you would be better off going to McDonald's up the street atleast you know what to expect for the price. Waste of time. Stop and get some help with your food.
