Taco Bell - Richmond

It was truly amazing! I don’t usually eat at Taco Bell, but this was really good. I’d give it a 10/10 and I definitely want to try it again!

The Mexican pizza was overly soggy due to an excessive amount of sauce on top. I had to scrape off some of it, and the crispy chip had lost its crunch.

Once again, my order was incorrect. They added chicken to my Veggie Power Menu Bowl. I'm really disappointed!

Was rude to my dasher and then ultimately canceled my order after i had been waiting over 40 minutes

I have had a variety of experiences at this restaurant over the many years I've been working in the area. However, recently, the staff has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. My only concern is that they need to improve the entrance to the parking lot. If you have a low vehicle, it tends to scrape even if you drive slowly and angle it carefully when leaving.
