Rudy 's Country Store And -b-q

This was my first time trying Rudy's and they did not live up to the hype. I ordered pork ribs and moist brisket. The ribs were ok but as you can see the brisket was not it.. it's a white color and tough, no marbling and no moisture. I paid $25 for this.
