Red Lobster - Richmond

Had to rate this Red Lobster. It has been a long time since we have truly enjoyed our experience at one, and this one took the cake. Our waitress, Shelly, was amazing and so sweet. The cooks knew what they were doing, and of course the biscuits were perfect.

At first impression you'd think the male greeter didn't want us there. We couldn't sit at the bar area because it was closed and the tv was off. The average wait time with few customers and short staff was long at 20 minutes. However, while we were deciding to stay, a wonderful waitress came out and sat us with no wait, took our orders right away, brought our food quickly and we were in and out with 45 minutes. Food was tasty and rest of the staff was friendly.

Food was great! Best peach tea in town. Fresh warm biscuits that I couldn't stop eating. Our server, Alicia, was the most polite. Good experience overall.

Took my wife for anniversary dinner & had a great meal with out going broke. Staff was friendly,knowledgeable & courteous.  Been back since two other times & same experience. Highly recommend it to others.
