The Steakhouse Beef sandwich was wonderful! This is the 2nd time in a row that a Regular Coke was sent instead of the Diet Coke ordered. This time, too, rather than regular Zapp chips, Voodoo ones were sent Most unpleasant on both counts. THEN for this $5.98 item I could not enjoy, Doordash offers the solution of $1.76 as equitable! Perhaps I do not need any more Potbelly, or .......

Waited 20 minutes after pick up time to get our food while watching everyone in line get their food first. No apologies or even conversation with was made by the staff. This negative experience makes me rethink ever visiting this franchise again and definitely NOT this location.
